Over two days, you’ll share hard-earned lessons, challenge assumptions, and co-create new insights with your peers. Product Leader Summit Copenhagen 2025 offers you peer-led OpenSpace sessions, workshops, and plenty of networking opportunities. You will be inspired, challenged, and spend two days exploring the landscape of Product Leadership.

Over two days, a group of a maximum of 25 CPOs, Heads of Product, and senior leaders from both scale-ups and established organizations will gather to exchange insights, explore what works in practice, and reflect together on the pragmatic aspects of product leadership. The program is designed to help you think, challenge, and connect.

The summit spans two days of peer-driven OpenSpace sessions, workshops, and collaborative insight sharing. Each day blends structure and flexibility and is designed to help you focus, reflect, and contribute.

We begin by setting shared intentions, aligning on purpose, and hearing from a keynote speaker who will help frame the challenges ahead. From there, the agenda unfolds in real-time with you, the participants, shaping and facilitating the sessions yourselves.

Across both days, you’ll engage in conversations with peers facing similar challenges, reflect together on what works in practice, and consolidate actionable insights to bring back to your own context.
