Agenda
The summit spans two days of peer-driven OpenSpace sessions, workshops, and collaborative insight sharing. Each day blends structure and flexibility and is designed to help you focus, reflect, and contribute.
We begin by setting shared intentions, aligning on purpose, and hearing from a keynote speaker who will help frame the challenges ahead. From there, the agenda unfolds in real-time with you, the participants, shaping and facilitating the sessions yourselves.
Across both days, you’ll engage in conversations with peers facing similar challenges, reflect together on what works in practice, and consolidate actionable insights to bring back to your own context. You’ll leave with clarity, practical ideas, and a renewed sense of direction. Not just for your product organization, but for your leadership.

Documented Takeaways
Throughout the summit, key themes, learnings, and reflections will be collected, from both the keynote, OpenSpace sessions, and the peer-led discussions. These documented takeaways will be compiled into a shared post-event resource available to all participants.
This isn’t a polished handbook or framework. It’s a reflection of the questions we’ve asked, the experiences we’ve shared, and the insights we’ve uncovered together. A real-time snapshot of where we are, and where we might go next.
Want to Join the Summit?
The summit is limited to just 25 participants — all experienced leaders working hands-on with product leadership or the Product Operating Model in their daily work.
If that sounds like you, we’d love to have you with us.
