Agenda

The summit includes two days of peer-driven engaging sessions. We’ll start out with a keynote about a relevant topic, which sets the stage for the sessions for the remainder of the day. The following sessions will be a mix of Open Space sessions, preplanned workshops, and collaborative insight sharing. Each day is designed to help you focus, reflect, and contribute.

We begin by setting shared intentions, aligning on purpose, and hearing from a keynote speaker who will describe practical product-oriented experiences. From there, the agenda unfolds in real-time with the sessions being shaped and facilitated collaboratively by the participants.

Across both days, you’ll engage in conversations with peers facing similar challenges, reflect together on what works in practice, and consolidate actionable insights to bring back to your own context. You’ll leave with clarity, practical ideas, and a renewed sense of direction, for your leadership as a whole, not just for your product organization.

Documented Takeaways

Throughout the summit, key themes, learnings, and reflections will be collected, from both the keynote, the peer-led Open Space sessions, and the preplanned workshops. These documented takeaways will be compiled into a shared post-event resource available to all participants.

It will be a reflection of the questions we’ve asked, the experiences we’ve shared, and the insights we’ve uncovered together, and provide a real-time snapshot of where we are, and where we might go next.
